Assumptions: This guide assumes you are aware of your credentials for login.

Note: Ensure you are not connected to openvpn during this process.

Installation of the VPN Client

Step 1: Download the VPN Client from the following URL : Download FortiClient VPN

Step 2: Open the downloaded file and follow the installation steps using the default options.

Once finished, the installation wizard should look like this:

Connecting to the VPN Server

Step 1: Open the FortiClient VPN Software (Either found in the System Tray, or on the Desktop/Start Menu)

System Tray:

(Double Click on the Icon as seen below)

OR

Desktop:

Step 2: Select Configure VPN

Step 3: Fill out the Configuration as seen below and then select Save:

Connection Name: GD

Remote Gateway : https://vpn.greendottt.net:58443

Save Login

Username: Your First Name.Last Name

(If you do not remember your Username/Password, Please Contact Tech Support)

Step 4: Enter Your Password when Prompted:

Click Connect

Step 5: Connected:

Once Successfully Connected, the Software should be displayed as:

You Can now close the software, and it will run in the tray:

To Disconnect, you can right click the tray icon and select disconnect.
